1. GUIDE TO AUTHENTICATION AND REGISTRATION

Please read and follow the 4 steps below :

Each step can be entered by clicking on the four tabs above.

After completing all four steps to register your product, you can download the Certificate Of Authenticity (COA sample below) as proof of warranty coverage.

The warranty is for a period of 1-year from original date of purchase.

NOTE: You must submit the COA to the place of purchase to be covered by warranty.

Use any of the two methods of Authentication

Using the 12-digit code

Enter the 12-digit/letter code etched near the butt end of shaft.

* Letters (2) + Numbers (7) + Letters (3)

* (Ex) AB 1234567 ABC

Using the QR code sticker

* Open the camera on your mobile phone.

* Scan the QR code on the sticker attached near the butt end of shaft.

* Be sure to position the camera screen to clearly scan the code.

* Note: If the QR code does not scan well, enter the 12-digit code above in A.

3. REGISTERED DEALER/RETAILERS

You can check all official dealer and registered retailer information by authenticating your Autoflex product.

There are currently over 237 registered retailers of Autoflex products throughout the World.

Registered shafts with COA can be covered by warranty only at the location where the shaft was originally purchased.

4. COA REGISTRATION & WARRANTY

Once the shaft has been authenticated as genuine, it can then be registered for COA and Warranty coverage.

After your Name, Email and Original place of purchase is entered, the COA can be downloaded for safekeeping.

The COA must be presented when claiming warranty of the registered product.

[WARRANTY]

The warranty is for a period of 1-year from original date of purchase.

All warranty claim must be made through the authorized retailer/dealer where the product was originally purchased.

NOTE: Autoflex shafts and products may not be covered by warranty if purchased from non-authorized retailer/dealer.

2. PRODUCT AUTHENTICATION

[Use any of the two methods of Authentication]

A. Using the 12-digit code

Enter the 12-digit/letter code etched near the butt end of shaft.

B. Using the QR code sticker

Scan the QR code on the sticker attached near
the butt end of shaft.

Note: If the QR code does not scan well, enter
the 12-digit code above in A.

3. REGISTERED RETAILERS

Registered shafts with COA can be covered by warranty at these retailer locations.
Contact information for the retailer is currently not available.
(This shaft is authentic and can be registered for COA)

4. COA REGISTRATION & WARRANTY

Review and agree to our Terms of Privacy below to register your product for warranty.

Enter your primary email address (this will appear on the COA), full name and country where the product was purchased.

Once registration is complete, the COA (sample certificate shown below) can be downloaded for safekeeping.

The COA must be presented when claiming warranty coverage of the registered product.

All warranty claim must be made through the authorized retailer/dealer where the product was originally purchased.

NOTE: autoFlex shafts and products may not be covered by warranty if purchased from non-authorized retailer/dealer (Check DEALER LOCATOR for authorized retailers).

Dumina Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") values your personal information and complies with Korea's "Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection Act."

Through the personal information processing policy, the company may inform you of the use and method of the information provided, and what measures are being taken to protect your personal information.

Any changes to Company's personal information policy will be notified through Company's website notice or individual notice.

The following information will be collected to apply for product authentication and registration, issuance of a certificate of authenticity, and application for customer service and warranty claims.

- Method of collection: Company homepage


■ Purpose of collecting personal information


- To process product authentication and registration applications, issuance of Certificate of Authenticity, Warranty coverage upon authentication, and update new information related to Company and its products



■ 3RD PARTY USE

The Company may not divulge any collected personal information to a third party, unless: 

- permitted by user in advance; OR

- Required by law from the relevant institution in accordance with the provisions of international law or in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed in the relevant statutes.



■ User Rights and the method of exercise thereof

Users may request the Company to delete the personal information provided during the authentication and registration process. However, deleting said information may affect customer service and warranty process
